ELECTRICIAN

This position is primarily responsible for the electrical assembly of equipment by performing the following duties.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

Core duties and responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned.

Back Panel layout and wiring

Field Wiring on Equipment

Electrical project assembly of equipment for each assigned project.

Assists in the de-bugging and trouble-shooting of equipment.

Assists in the tryout and runoff of machinery.

Documents all detail components made and any changes to the electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic drawings and Bill of Materials.

Disassembles projects and prepares machines for shipment to the customer.

Assists and participates in the installation of equipment and service calls to the customer location.

Responsible for completing service reports while at the customer location.

Controls Engineer

Our Controls Engineering team never designs the same machine twice. The projects we work on offer diverse experiences that strengthen and challenge individual and team skills, resulting in innovative solutions. What will your typical week consist of?

50% of your time will be spent innovating machinery on your CAD station

50% of your time will be split between PLC/HMI programming

What you’ll learn:

Who you’ll work with:

Customers, Mechanical Engineers, all levels of management, Machine Builders, Electricians, Vendors, and Suppliers.

Requirements:

3+ years related experience using Allen Bradley Software, Autocad Electrical.

Willing to travel up to 10%; domestic and international travel.

Proven ability to design custom machinery with an emphasis in automation equipment.

Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or 3+ years’ experience preferably in the automation industry.

Proven experience putting together comprehensive design packages.

Responsibilities:

Present to customers and employees within the organization

Effectively communicate with internal and external vendors

Develop and fully design electrical prints

Ensure that equipment is designed to customer and/or Bunker Automation build specifications using standard techniques and approach.

Mechanical Designer

Our Mechanical Engineering team never designs the same machine twice. Teams are made of talented engineers who enjoy thinking outside the box with their team to solve practical problems with no standard solution. The projects we work on offer diverse experiences that strengthen and challenge individual and team skills, resulting in innovative solutions. We value creativity, assertiveness, quick thinking, and a general love for learning. Sound good? Come think, solve, and create with us!

What will your typical week consist of?

80% of your time will be spent innovating machinery on your CAD station

20% of your time will be split between design reviews, customer meetings, and consulting with your project team

What you’ll learn:

Who you’ll work with:

Customers, Controls Engineers, all levels of management, Machine Builders, Electricians, Vendors, and Suppliers.

Requirements:

3+ years related experience using SolidWorks 3D CAD or Pro-Engineering.

Willing to travel up to 10%; domestic and international travel.

Proven ability to design custom machinery with an emphasis in automation equipment.

At least 3 years experience leading projects and a team of other engineers

Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or 3+ years’ mechanical design experience preferably in the automation industry.

Proven experience putting together comprehensive design packages.

Responsibilities:

Present to customers and employees within the organization

Effectively communicate with internal and external vendors

Develop and fully design equipment, layouts, and subassemblies

Ensure that equipment is designed to customer and/or Bunker Automation build specifications using standard techniques and approach.

Take project assignment and direction from Design Engineering Managers
